At Surya Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
